Alan is owner and Managing Director of George Innes. Alan worked for over 30 years as a Manager, Director and Managing Director for large construction companies Robertson Group and Deveron Homes, before deciding to take on George Innes as his very own venture.  Alan brings his big company thinking and experience to George Innes, but he’s also able to offer a more bespoke, personal service to commercial, industrial and domestic clients alike.  

Alan prioritises both safety and quality and above all else George Innes achieves excellent results thanks to Alan’s ability to organise and communicate.

He’s also very focused on building relationships – both with you and with his staff.  Alan knows that good communication is the key to the smooth running of both his company and your building project.  Alan prides himself on taking personal responsibility for the success of every project his company undertakes and will be a constant presence throughout your project until you’re satisfied with the final outcome.
