For this project we had to ensure the external finishes formed a good match to the existing masonry and larch clad barn.

We constructed the substructure with hollow concrete blocks which were pump filled with concrete and reinforcement, the extension is constructed in timber frame and clad with Scots Larch along with a metal clad roof and galvanised rainwater goods. The windows and French doors are high quality Scandanavian timber clad with powder coated aluminium

The extension benefits from electric underfloor heating below Porcelain floor tiles. To ensure our clients enjoyed spending time outdoors as well as inside the stunning extension we also constructed a raised paved terrace with galvanised metal handrails to match the rainwater goods.

This is a high specification project and we are delighted that our clients are very happy with our work.
