This project provided two benefits for our clients, it provided a safe and level forecourt around the company’s cafe and retail areas, as well as enhancing the buildings kerb appeal.

The project was split into two phases, phase 1 included the courtyard area behind Garvald House and phase 2 included the forecourt area in front of the retail shops, We lifted the old paving, installed a compacted hardcore base and then laid and pointed over 700m2 of new indian sandstone paving, which provides an excellent match to the sandstone buildings.
